1. Overview

MotoForge™ is a product of UpSpark Ventures, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use MotoForge websites, dealer pages, waitlists, demo forms, beta signup forms, CRM tools, dealer portal tools, Forge Engine™ pages, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Name, email address, phone number, dealership, shop, or business name.
  • Website form submissions, beta signup details, demo requests, and lead information.
  • Account information needed for login, access control, and user roles.
  • Vehicle, motorcycle, build, service, upgrade, and garage information submitted by users.
  • Dealer/customer connection information, service updates, and communication preferences.
  • Technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, and basic usage data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve MotoForge services.
  • Process waitlist, beta, demo, and dealer portal requests.
  • Support dealer-branded experiences and customer connection features.
  • Allow users to create, manage, and share vehicle or build information.
  • Send service updates, account messages, product updates, and support communications.
  • Protect the security, reliability, and integrity of MotoForge systems.

4. Dealer and Customer Data

MotoForge may allow riders, dealerships, service teams, and shops to connect with one another. When a rider connects with a dealer or shop, certain profile, vehicle, garage, service, or contact details may be visible to that connected organization depending on the features enabled and permissions granted.

Dealers and shops are responsible for using customer information appropriately and only for legitimate business purposes related to service, communication, follow-up, customer support, or MotoForge functionality.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, or other vendors needed to operate MotoForge. We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our rights, prevent fraud, protect users, or operate dealer and white-label features.

6. Cookies and Tracking

MotoForge may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to support login sessions, security, preferences, performance monitoring, and product improvement.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no online service, website, database, or transmission method is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and using MotoForge responsibly.

8. Data Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, support security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve MotoForge. Some data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

9. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information, subject to legal, security, operational, and contractual limitations. You may also unsubscribe from certain marketing or outreach communications where available.

10. Children’s Privacy

MotoForge is not intended for, marketed to, or designed for children under the age of 13. Our services are intended only for adults, riders, dealerships, shops, service teams, creators, and business users.

We do not knowingly collect, use, disclose, or store personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 are not permitted to create an account, submit personal information, join a waitlist, request beta access, or use MotoForge services.

If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been provided to MotoForge, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our active systems, unless retention is required by law for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
